Volunteer & Service
At Reach For Youth, we know lasting change happens when compassionate people come together. Volunteers are not just a helping hand—they are the heartbeat of our mission.
Volunteer
We cannot do what we do without the time, talent, and care of our volunteers. Whether you’re passionate about empowering youth, promoting justice, or contributing to community healing, we have a place for you. Volunteers support our workshops, counseling programs, restorative justice initiatives, Teen Court, and other life-changing services.
Your energy and experience can make all the difference. We welcome students, professionals, retirees, and community members ready to be part of something bigger than themselves. Join us in building brighter futures—one hour, one child, one act of service at a time.

Teen Court Volunteers
Teen Court depends on the dedication of teen volunteers (ages 13-17) and adult mentors. Students can serve as jurors, attorneys, bailiffs, and clerks—learning leadership and legal skills while helping their peers grow from their mistakes. Adults can assist by mentoring youth, training court volunteers, or serving as judges.
If you’re a teen passionate about justice, or an adult legal professional looking to make a difference, we want you on our team.
Board Service
Our Board of Directors plays a critical role in guiding the mission and growth of Reach For Youth. Board members provide leadership, promote community partnerships, assist with fundraising, and ensure the long-term sustainability of our work.
We’re looking for mission-driven professionals and community leaders who are ready to serve, advocate, and lead.
